Kasey LeAlma writes high-stakes science fiction, urban fantasy, and paranormal romance where survival is never guaranteed—and belonging always has a cost.
Her stories blend cinematic tension, morally complex choices, and emotionally driven characters who are forced to confront uncomfortable truths about loyalty, identity, and power. Whether navigating hidden space stations, political conspiracies, or supernatural threats, her protagonists don’t stumble into destiny—they fight for it.
Kasey’s work is shaped by a fascination with systems—political, social, and personal—and how people break or bend under pressure. At the heart of every story is a familiar question: Who are you when the world decides you don’t belong?
When she’s not writing, Kasey can be found planning future novels, designing tools for writers, and balancing creativity with a love of structure. She lives in the United States with her family and believes the best stories are the ones that leave a mark long after the final page.

I'm currently trying to avoid writing by downloading my entire music library so I can backup the files on a hard drive. And last weekend I rearranged my office to have more open space in the middle. "Now there's room to exercise." I actually said this. Like when was the last time I actually did a youtube workout even though I am still subscribed to growwithjo, I just skip past all...
